Tiffany went to Ghana, West Africa, with Feeding The Orphans for 11 days in May/June 2014.
Children at a home where Tiffany delivered food; their family is sponsored by Americans who donate money each month so that this family can always have food.
Delivering food to a family. Tiffany and the team prayed for each family “Ghana style” which means that everyone prays out loud simultaneously for specific prayer requests.
Delivering food to another family. Most of the families that they delivered food to were the homes of single mothers where the fathers either abandoned them or left for work and never came back.
Happy children at a food delivery. Tiffany said that most of the children loved being held by her, but there were a few who had never seen a white person before, so they were quite terrified to see them.
An impoverished area near the ocean.
On the way to a sponsor’s home to deliver food; if a family was not home while they made the delivery, they would still pray blessings over the home. Many of these areas are known as voo-doo strongholds.
Our team helped build this school in Hondzo; this was at the dedication ceremony.
This picture was taken at the school in Chorkor.

Dropping food off at another sponsor’s house; there were a lot of children hanging around.
Exhausted after the work of visiting orphanages, delivering food and dedicating the school. It was worth it though for God’s glory to help His children.

Only 11 days in Ghana, but a lot of work was accomplished. Tiffany is already looking toward the future and when she can serve there again, but hopefully next time it will be at least 1 month. May the Lord continue to bless the Feeding The Orphans ministry so that these children and families can have the security of knowing they will be provided for.
