Goals For March 25-March 31

This week is going to be pretty busy, so I am purposely paring down any extra’s on my list of goals. I also want to go into Easter weekend feeling refreshed and not overwhelmed. The kids and I are leaving next Monday to visit both sets of grandparents in TN for a week, so we’re not starting any new projects or family read-aloud books before Spring Break.

Last week’s goals:

  1. Memorize John 14:3 & 6
  2. Continue reading Writing Life Stories (finished it)and Pilgrim’s Progress; Begin Desiring God; Finish Unstoppable *Didn’t finish it yet*
  3. Work on ebook for 2 hours total

  1. Date with Josie- *Will do this week; she was feeling sick last Wednesday*
  2. Memorize Psalm 90:1-8 *We decided we want to memorize The Lord’s Prayer instead. One of the kids had the idea of memorizing Psalm 90, but I think everyone realizes it will be quite a challenge for the younger one’s*
  3. Finish Never Fall Down

  1. Listen to Bible 3 nights together
  2. Take at least one walk together, just Mike and me, around camp. *Nope, didn’t do it. We’re still experiencing super-cold winter weather and I’m a wimp for being outside in the cold. Mike took a few walks for me though. 😉

  1. Finish knitting project; Begin a new one, maybe something for my grandbaby!
  2. Write a letter to our sponsor child
